Appointments
Examinations, procedures and surgeries are by appointment. Every effort will be made to schedule your pet’s appointment at your earliest convenience!
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, making appointment delay inevitable on occasion.

Walks-in will be seen as quickly as they can be fit into the existing schedule to avoid inconveniencing regularly scheduled clients.
Because Dr. Everson tries to be on time with appointments and surgery, it is difficult for her to always be available to come to the phone. Dr. Everson will call you back as soon as possible to assist you with your non-emergency problem. If you feel you have an emergency and it is very urgent to speak with the doctor, please make the receptionist aware of the circumstances.
"Drop Off" Appointments
For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available. A "drop-off" means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave your pet with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to "drop-off" sometime in the morning so Dr. Everson can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the examination is done, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and give you at-home care instructions.
After-Hours and Saturday Appointments
After-hours and Saturday appointments are available on a limited basis for established clients who cannot visit during regular business hours. Drop-off appointments for surgeries or examination and procedures may also be scheduled  before or after regular business hours at a time mutually convenient for the doctor and client.
